For Buyers

Purchasing an apartment in 205 West End is fairly straightforward.

The details of the process are summarized in our Resale Procedures.

Here is our purchase application: Purchase Application.

The AKAM Transfer Agent for 205 West End Owners Corporation uses a product called Domecile to complete and submit applications.

While the documents on this site are authoritative, the Domecile site (https://www.domecile.com/buildings/205_West_End_Avenue) is where the transfer agent will send you to fill out purchase, sublet, refinance, transfer, and trust transfer applications.

We at the 205 West End Owners Corporation strive in collaboration with AKAM and Domecile to make sure that the authoritative documents and those on the Domecile site agree in detail.
