These forms are made available to facilitate transactions but in no way
change the way in which those transactions, many requiring board approval,
are made.
Please note that 205 West
End does not allow Interest Only or Negative Amortization
mortgages on purchases or refinancing. It does, however allow
reverse mortgages subject to standard re-financing approval process
(see below).
