205 West End has many facilities to enhance the life of residents.  The Community Room and two Laundry Rooms are available to all residents.  A well equipped gym is offered to Shareholder members for a yearly fee, as are  bicycle room and storage bins (waiting list).  Shareholders can also rent the community room for personal events or activities including birthday parties.
